CIL Guard is an organiser and reminder tool. It gives general information based on the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended) and the government's Planning Practice Guidance. It is not legal, tax or planning advice and does not create a professional relationship. Your council decides whether an exemption is granted. You are responsible for submitting forms correctly and on time. Confirm your position with your council's CIL team and take professional advice where appropriate.
Dates and reminders
Deadlines are calculated from the dates you enter. "Recommended" dates are suggested buffers, not legal deadlines. Reminder emails may be delayed or fail; don't rely on them alone.
Payments
Prices are one-off, per project: £49 (Project) or £99 (Project + form check). Form checks review completed forms for completeness and obvious errors; they are not legal advice.
