Delete your CIL Guard account

This page applies to the CIL Guard website and the CIL Guard apps for iPhone, iPad and Android (developer: CIL Guard).

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Log in to the app, or at cilguard.co.uk/app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Or ask us

Email hello@cilguard.co.uk from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, name, password hash, sign-in sessions, all projects, timeline progress, scheduled reminders, form-check requests, the log of emails we sent you, and every file in your evidence folders are deleted straight away. Our records of in-app purchases for your projects are deleted too.

What is kept

Payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google are kept by them as required for tax and accounting.
